Skybert AI Assistant

Skybert is the built-in AI assistant in the WAYSCloud dashboard. It helps you navigate the platform, answers questions about services, looks up real-time pricing, and guides you to the right page — all without leaving the dashboard.

How to open

Press Cmd + S (Mac) or Ctrl + S (Windows/Linux) anywhere in the dashboard.

You can also click the Skybert icon in the bottom-right corner of any dashboard page.

What Skybert can do

Answer questions about services

Ask Skybert about any WAYSCloud service in natural language:

  • "What is DNS Shield?"
  • "How does IP Intelligence work?"
  • "What databases do you offer?"
  • "How do I send an SMS?"

Skybert knows all WAYSCloud services and provides concise, accurate answers.

Look up pricing

Ask about pricing in your preferred currency:

  • "How much does a VPS cost?"
  • "What are the LLM API prices?"
  • "IP Intelligence pricing"
  • "Storage pricing in EUR"

Skybert fetches real-time pricing from the product catalog and displays it in your account's currency.

Ask Skybert where to find things:

  • "Where do I create a database?"
  • "How do I manage DNS records?"
  • "Where are my API keys?"
  • "Show me storage settings"

Skybert responds with direct links that take you to the right page.

Guided actions

Skybert can walk you through common tasks:

Tips

  • Be direct — "VPS pricing" works better than "could you please tell me about the pricing options for virtual private servers?"
  • Ask follow-up questions — Skybert remembers the conversation context
  • Use it for discovery — if you're unsure which service fits your use case, describe what you're trying to build

Privacy

Skybert conversations are processed by WAYSCloud's own LLM service. Your questions and dashboard context are not shared with third parties. Conversations are not stored after the session ends.

Limitations

  • Skybert is read-only — it can look up information and pricing but cannot create, modify, or delete resources on your behalf
  • Answers are based on current platform knowledge — for the latest API details, refer to the API documentation
  • Complex billing questions should be directed to support
