Billing & Pricing
WAYSCloud uses a combination of subscription and usage-based billing. Everything is managed from the dashboard.
Billing models
Subscription services
Fixed monthly price. Charged on your billing date each month.

Pay for what you use. Metered and billed monthly.

Several services include a free tier:
- IP Intelligence — 1,000 lookups/day
- DNS — Included with all accounts
- Climate Insights — Included with all accounts
Where to find billing in the dashboard
- Go to my.wayscloud.services
- Click Billing in the sidebar
What you see
- Current balance — Amount due or prepaid credit
- Active subscriptions — All running services and their monthly cost
- Usage this period — Metered usage for the current billing cycle
- Invoices — Downloadable PDF invoices for each billing period
- Payment history — All charges and payments
Currency
WAYSCloud supports 5 currencies:

Set your preferred currency in Settings > Account. All pricing, invoices, and usage charges will use this currency.
Invoices
Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month for the previous period. Each invoice includes:
- Subscription charges (fixed services)
- Usage charges (metered services with breakdown)
- Taxes (if applicable)
Download invoices as PDF from Billing > Invoices.
Upgrade and downgrade
For subscription services:
- Go to the service page in the dashboard
- Click Upgrade or Change Plan
- Select the new tier
- The change takes effect immediately
- Billing is prorated — you pay only for the time on each plan
Downgrading to a free tier cancels the paid subscription immediately.
Monitor usage
Each service page shows your current usage:
- IP Intelligence — Requests today, daily limit, remaining quota
- SMS — Messages sent this month
- LLM — Tokens used this month
- Storage — GB stored, egress, requests
- GPU Studio — Jobs run this month
For a combined view, go to Billing > Usage.
Alerts
WAYSCloud sends notifications when:
- You approach a usage limit (80% quota)
- You exceed a quota (429 responses begin)
- A new invoice is generated
- A payment fails
Cancel a service
- Go to the service page
- Click Deactivate or Cancel
- Confirm the action
Subscription billing stops immediately. Data is soft-deleted and retained for 30 days before permanent removal.
