WAYSCloud Trust Center
The WAYSCloud Trust Center is our public register for selected security, privacy, transparency, and regulatory reports.
This page provides context for how the Trust Center works, what is published, and how it relates to live operational communication.
What the Trust Center covers
Published entries may include:
- Security reports
- Privacy-related matters
- Transparency notices
- Authority or regulatory interactions
- Selected documented deviations and investigations
We document selected events to provide clarity, not volume.
What the Trust Center is not
The Trust Center is not a real-time status page and does not list all detected activity.
Not all blocked or low-signal events are published individually. Entries are published selectively when they add meaningful context, document a deviation, or clarify impact.
For live availability and operational incidents, visit: status.wayscloud.services
Source of truth
This documentation page provides context. The Trust Center itself is the authoritative source for published reports.
The Trust Center is part of the WAYSCloud platform.

Report a vulnerability
If you have discovered a security vulnerability, privacy concern, or any issue that may affect the security of WAYSCloud services or customer data, we encourage you to report it.
WAYSCloud will not pursue legal action against good-faith reporters who follow responsible disclosure practices.
You can submit a report directly through our secure submission form, which encrypts your message in-browser using our PGP public key before transmission.
Alternatively, send an encrypted email to security@wayscloud.net.
We ask that you:
- Encrypt your report using our PGP key when possible
- Include your PGP public key so we can respond securely
- Provide sufficient detail to reproduce the issue
- Allow reasonable time for us to address the issue before public disclosure
